Medical Receptionist
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the office. You will handle the flow of patients and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner. The receptionist is required to cover all office locations which include Addison, Arlington Heights, East Dundee, and Hanover Park.

Responsibilities

Serve patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing

Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed

Checking in/out patients

Verifying insurance eligibility

Take payments from patients

Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

Proven working experience in similar roles

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Solid communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (10-28 hours)

Pay Range: Starting $15.00 hourly to $18.00 hourly
Experience:

Medical Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred not required)
Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Medical Administrative Specialist (Preferred)

Medical Office Assistant (Preferred)

Shifts:

Morning (Start times 7:30 a.m.)

Evening (End times 8:30 p.m.)

Weekend (Every other Saturday is required)
